1. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointments

• If you book a session and fail to attend, you may reschedule within 30 days of the original date, for up to 2 reschedules.
• After a second missed appointment, you must book a new slot at full price. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed appointments.

UFS Cancellations

• If UFS cancels your session, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
• If UFS must change your session time, it will count toward your reschedule limit.
• Refunds or credits for cancellations will be considered case by case.

Studio Rights

• UFS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• UFS reserves the right to adjust scheduling without notice, though we will make reasonable attempts to notify clients at least 30 minutes in advance.
• UFS reserves the right to deny refunds at its discretion.

2. Studio Rules

General Conduct

• Respect: Clients, guests, and staff must be treated professionally. Harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Property: All studio equipment and facilities must be handled with care. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement.
• Equipment Use: Only UFS staff or approved clients may operate studio gear. All items must be returned to their proper place after use.
• Guests: Only pre-approved guests are permitted. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
• Cleanliness: All areas must be left clean and organized. Food, drinks, and trash must be properly managed.
• Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and work of other clients. Recording, photographing, or sharing another client’s session without permission is prohibited.

Smoking, Alcohol, & Substances

• No alcohol, illegal drugs, or smoking inside the studio.
• Cigarettes may only be used in designated outdoor areas. Dispose of butts properly.
• Vaping is permitted in approved areas only.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal and possible suspension.

Food & Cleanliness

• Drinks must have closed lids and may only be placed in designated areas. Open containers are not permitted on desks or near equipment.
• Clients are responsible for disposing of all trash and removing personal items at the end of the session.
• UFS is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.

Parking, Time & Access

• Clients and guests may only park in designated areas. Vehicles must be moved if requested by staff. UFS is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
• No entry before 10 AM unless pre-approved by management.
• All sessions must conclude by 1 AM unless otherwise authorized.
• Only clients with scheduled appointments may use the studio. Unapproved walk-ins will be denied entry.

3. Enforcement Policy

• First Offense: Verbal and/or written warning, or immediate removal from the property.
• Second Offense: Suspension of booking rights for 1 week. Client(s) may not enter or use studio facilities during suspension.
• Third Offense+: Suspension of booking rights for a minimum of 30 days. Severe or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

Note: UFS management reserves the right to escalate disciplinary action immediately (including permanent ban) for behavior that threatens safety, involves illegal activity, or causes significant property damage. Suspended or banned clients forfeit all scheduled sessions without refunds.

4. Operations & Acknowledgement

All donations go directly to the studio for operational costs, maintenance, and food supplies. Any new rules, updates, or policy changes will be sent by email or posted in the studio. All updates take effect immediately upon posting.

By booking or entering Unfiltered Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies and rules.
