Let’s get the most annoying part over with now !!!
Setting up your accounts on all of the different social media platforms
The first thing you need is your name/username
Make sure your username is the same across all platforms this will help when people try to find you
If the name you use as your artist name is an already well known artist or account you’ll get buried out before you even began
when you pick your artist name you need to make sure its something people will remember and something that is easy to spell.
If there are blank accounts with the name you want to use try adding “_ Official” , “Artist” , “Real”
Then you’ll need a profile picture
Your Profile picture is very important it is one of the first ways people can identify your account so having it be noticeable and the same across all platforms is something you need to do.
If you’re given the option of a “Professional or Business” account use it
Remember you’re not just a normal user anymore you are trying to create a community and a brand full of fans
with most “Professional and Business” accounts you get access to tools that normal users don’t for example seeing insights like demographics and seeing if people are engaging with your content.
