1. Right of Removal and Refusal Unfiltered Studios reserves the right to reject any Filter submission or remove an active Filter at our sole discretion, for any reason, and without prior notice. Submission of a design does not guarantee approval or placement on the Snapchat platform.
2. Compliance Standards All Filter designs must strictly comply with Snapchat’s Filter Policy, Advertising Standards, and Community Guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on personal information (URLs, handles, emails), unauthorized logos, and offensive content. Unfiltered Studios is not responsible for Filters removed by Snapchat due to third-party policy violations.
3. Deposit and Initial Labor A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate all Snapchat Filter projects. This deposit acts as a retainer to secure your project on our schedule and covers the first hour of creative labor, technical setup, and submission preparation.
4. No Refunds All payments, including the initial $30 deposit, are strictly non-refundable. In the event that a Filter is rejected during the review process or removed by Snapchat or Unfiltered Studios due to a policy violation, no refunds or credits will be issued.
5. Revision Limits and Scope To ensure quality and timely submission, each project quote includes two rounds of revisions.
Definition: A "round" constitutes a single, consolidated list of feedback or changes provided by the client at one time.
Scope Changes: Revisions do not include changes to the original project brief (e.g., requesting a completely new design concept).
Excess Revisions: Any additional changes requested beyond the two included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of $30, with a minimum of one hour per request.
6. Optional Analytics Add-on Clients may opt-in for comprehensive analytics reports to track engagement, performance, and ROI.
Standard Reporting: Reports are provided at the following intervals: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year.

By submitting a Filter, you warrant that you own the rights to all provided assets (logos, photos, fonts) and agree to indemnify and hold Unfiltered Studios harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your content or its violation of Snapchat’s terms.
8. Ownership of Work All drafts, concepts, and "work-in-progress" files remain the exclusive property of Unfiltered Studios.
