Our Graphics Design service includes professional logo and cover art creation tailored to your brand and project needs. What we deliver:
Initial consultation to understand your style, target audience, and project goals
Up to 4 rounds of revisions on the selected concept.
Final assets provided in multiple file formats (PNG, JPG, SVG, and high-resolution print-ready formats)
Color palette and typography suggestions for consistent branding

1. Deposit and Initial Consultation A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate all project work. This deposit acts as a retainer to secure your project on our schedule and covers the first hour of creative labor, research, and administrative setup.
2. Right of Refusal and Project Termination Unfiltered Studios reserves the right to reject any project request or terminate an ongoing project at our sole discretion, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, requests for content that is deemed offensive, infringing, or falls outside our professional scope of service.
3. No Refunds and Project Settlement All payments, including the initial $15 deposit, are strictly non-refundable. Should a project be cancelled by the client before completion, Unfiltered Studios reserves the right to retain the deposit and bill a Pro-Rated Completion Fee for any additional hours worked beyond the first hour included in the deposit.
4. Revision Limits and Scope To ensure quality and timely delivery, each project quote includes two rounds of revisions.
Definition: A "round" constitutes a single, consolidated list of feedback or changes provided by the client at one time.
Scope Changes: Revisions do not include changes to the original project brief (e.g., requesting a completely new design concept after work has begun).
Excess Revisions: Any additional changes requested beyond the two included rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of $15, with a minimum of one hour per request.
5. Liability and Copyright Indemnity The client assumes full responsibility for the legal status of all assets provided to the studio (e.g., logos, photos, fonts). You warrant that you own the rights to these materials and agree to indemnify and hold Unfiltered Studios harmless against any claims of infringement or legal disputes arising from the final design.
6. Ownership of Work All drafts, concepts, and "work-in-progress" files remain the exclusive property of Unfiltered Studios. Final ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client only upon receipt of the final invoice payment in full.
